Silk Screen Color Matching Skin Care Airless Pump
This project involved a custom 15ml airless pump bottle designed for a skincare brand. The package features a double-wall structure, combining a frosted semi-transparent outer bottle with a solid-colored inner bottle. The square body with softened edges and a twist-to-lock hidden pump created a clean, minimal appearance, but also left very limited space for decoration.
The client required dense regulatory information, ingredient lists, and a QR code to be printed clearly within only small area.

We optimized both printing precision and material coordination:
• Applied high-tension mesh screens to improve edge sharpness and line definition
• Precision silk screen printing with servo positioning and micro-volume ink control to minimize overflow
• Coordinated through custom color matching for AS and PP components
• Validated through controlled OEM manufacturing workflows
This project shows how precise equipment, controlled processes, and coordinated color development work together to make high-density decoration reliable at scale.
