How do you arrange shipping?

Cosmetic packaging can be shipped assembled or as separated components, based on your requirements. In most cases, empty packaging is shipped separately, as this better supports filling at the destination and helps reduce handling or disassembly before filling.

All products are securely packed to withstand transportation and arrive in good condition.

What if my products are defective or have quality issues?

Since custom packaging is made to order, refunds are generally not applicable.

In case of confirmed quality issues, we take full responsibility and will arrange replacement, refund, or credit accordingly.
